Belgium has a new dream team on the short distance!

Jo Van Staeyen and Peter De Bruyn are the much-discussed new "Dream Team" on short-distance routes in Belgium.

The 56-year-old kitchen builder Jo Van Staeyen has been playing very successfully with his for years
Father together at Molenheide 85 in Pulderbos. Unfortunately, Jo Van Staeyen's father passed away in early 2019
and so the decision was made to continue playing with the pigeons but with Jo at home. In the summer of 2019, a new garden loft
was set up and only the best top pigeons from his father also moved to Jo's new garden loft.

The 61-year-old successful entrepreneur Peter De Bruyn from Zoersel recently sold all his companies and
was looking for an additional new challenge due to the suddenly large amount of "free time".
Peter De Bruyn had no idea about homing pigeons but he had it in his head to start with homing pigeons as a new hobby.

Peter De Bruyn and Jo Van Staeyen already knew each other through Jo's late father and so it came
about that these two founded a new impact community together in 2021. This decision was a real stroke of luck
for both of them because Jo has very little time with his kitchen company and for Peter this was an ideal start
into the racing pigeon sport with the experience of his partner Jo.
The racing pigeons are at home with Jo and the breeders are housed at Peter's in Zoersel.

The two of them really didn't expect that this new "Dream Team" should take off in the first year (2021).

The Highlights 2021:

5. Nationaler Meister KBDB Kurzstrecke Alttauben !
