Union 401/402/403 with 25 Unions and 566 breeders with 14,023 pigeons participated in the first Ruhr area flight of this year on Saturday 04.07.20. Start was in Hemau on Saturday at 7:00 a.m. (414 km). Weather: Slight cloud cover, good distant view, light W-SW wind.
It was already a very impressive number of 20339 pigeons and 33.220 yearlings (total 53.559 pigeons) who started on Saturday 4th July at 7.30 a.m. in Chateauroux with a strong southwest wind.
It is very impressive what Albert Derwa delivers with its mini stock to hens (5 old and 10 year olds) every year. What this little top shot has won is second to none: National AS pigeons, national winners, Olympic pigeons, etc., something special every year.
It is certainly not easy when you have to compete against the short-distance specialists Dirk Van Den Bulck, Patrick Boeckx, Jos Cools, Harry Smolders and Dirk Donckers (Sticker-Donckers) in the Tienverbond every week.
